What types of cannabis products do/will you provide?

We have a wide array of flowers (the part of the plant that is harvested, dried, and used for medicine) that are low to high THC strains, and we also have different CBD (non-psychoactive) strains. In addition, we have pre-rolls (aka “joints”), capsules, rosin (a solvent-free extract), bubble hash, tinctures, transdermal patches, edibles, “Cold Brew” concentrate, and freedom pen vapor cartridges.

We will have more products very soon, including more concentrates, more capsules, and more flower strains. There will always be multiple consumption methods for our patients to choose from.

What is "Cold Brew" concentrate?

Cold Brew is a holistic concentrate made using pure, crystal-clear cryogenic alcohol to provide the highest concentration of terpenes, flavonoids, and beneficial plant lipids in the highest quality, most flavorful concentrate at our ATCs!

It is similar to rosin or other concentrate products, and can be “dabbed,” placed into flower or rolling papers, or vaporized in any standard concentrate vaporizing equipment.

How do you set prices for your products?

We set our prices for products based on several factors, many of which are unique to our industry:

  • All of our medication is grown towards organic standards, as required by New Hampshire law, which adds to our cost.
  • We pay all of our employees a living wage, plus medical, dental and vision benefits.
  • New Hampshire’s Therapeutic Cannabis Program requires us to comply with extensive regulations, which further increases our expenses.
  • Public safety is a top priority. To avoid diversion of our products to the criminal market, we always have to price at least as high as what is charged in the illicit market. Fortunately for our patients, they know that our products use only organic ingredients and are always 100% tested for potency and safety.
  • Because we not only sell therapeutic cannabis, but we also cultivate and manufacture our products, our business requires a lot of start-up capital.
  • On top of that, New Hampshire law requires us to operate as a non-profit business, which limits our access to funding sources.

We are proud to provide our patients with high-quality, organic, therapeutic cannabis.

Despite these constraints, we offer a Patient Affordability Program to provide meaningful pricing discounts for patients with limited resources. We are always happy to help our patients in any way we can.

What if I don't know much about cannabis? Will someone be there to help me?

Our Patient Service Associates will be available to assist you with anything you may need, including education, guidance, and assistance. Don’t be scared to ask as many questions as necessary!

Do you offer any discounts or financial assistance?

Yes. We offer financial assistance for patients who meet the requirements through our Patient Affordability Program (PAP). Temescal Wellness is proud to provide patients with verified financial hardship a reduced cost program for our therapeutic cannabis products. Patients are eligible to receive PAP discounting if they actively receive; Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicaid, or if the patient qualifies as low income.  The PAP discount is 15% off our regularly priced items every time you come in. We also offer weekly sales promotions that are available to all of our patients, whether they qualify for a discount program or not. Most promotions are eligible to be combined with the PAP discount program, however this is subject to change based on the specific promotion. If you are unsure about your PAP discount and a sale combining, please speak with a Patient Service Associate.  For more information on how to enroll, please speak with our Patient Service Associates. We also offer a 22% discount to veterans that cannot be combined with any other discounts. Please keep in mind that, for us to maintain our long-term financial sustainability as a New Hampshire non-profit, we must be diligent in extending PAP discounts only to those patients who have proven their eligibility. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I apply as a patient in the state of New Hampshire?

We have an “Application Guide” on our website specifically for this question. You will be guided through a step-by-step process and will be directed to the correct links and forms on the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) website.

What do I need to do to become a designated caregiver?

Caregivers will need to obtain a Registry Identification Card. Visit the Designated Caregiver Information page on the DHHS website, where you can access the required paperwork. Note: Caregivers will not be allowed into the ATCs without a Registry Identification Card.

What form does my provider need to fill out?

You can view the Medical Provider Information page on the DHHS website. Print out the Written Certification for the Therapeutic Use of Cannabis form and take it to your medical provider.

Can someone enter the ATC without a Registry Identification Card?

No. If an individual wants to enter one of our ATC locations, they will need to show a valid NH Registry Identification Card, along with another form of identification, such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. This is required by state law.

Can patients with out-of-state therapeutic cannabis cards enter a New Hampshire ATC?

In accordance with NH law, only patients with valid NH Registry Identification Cards are allowed to purchase cannabis within NH Alternative Treatment Centers.

What will I need to bring for my first visit?

You will need to bring:

  1. Your valid, state-issued NH Registry Identification Card
  2. Another form of identification, such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID.
  3. Cash to make your purchase.
Will there be forms to fill out on my first visit?

Yes. You will need to fill out a New Patient Intake form (PDF) or New Caregiver Intake form (PDF) when you first enter your ATC. You can save time by printing out the proper intake forms and filling them out at home.

What do I do if I lost my card, or if I want to change my ATC?

If you need to change your designated ATC, or if you have lost your card, you can fill out the Change of Information/Lost Card Form (PDF) and follow the instructions at the bottom of the page for sending the completed form.
