General Summary:

The Extractions Production Specialist position is responsible for the primary day-to-day production duties of a state of the art medical cannabis production laboratory, reporting to the Extractions Team Lead. These duties include extraction, formulation, infusion, data tracking, cleaning, packaging, and labeling. The Production Specialist has responsibility and takes an active role in:

Learning and following proprietary cultivation and production methods


Complying with program regulations as it relates to cultivation operations including proficient use of seed to sale software


Tracking task time and utilizing time management skills


Uphold all standards and procedures pertaining to cultivation facility cleanliness

The successful candidate will have some experience with labwork or manufacturing and working with standard operating procedures. They will also be familiar with spreadsheet software, data tracking, time tracking, and are able to follow clear and concise direction. This position is recommended to someone with an associate’s degree or higher.

General Summary:

The Production Supervisor: Operations is responsible for managing other employees in meeting production schedules and in complying with all applicable local and state laws and regulations.

Requirements shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
  1. Comply with all applicable government regulations and Company policies and procedures, including sanitation, security, workplace safety, confidentiality, and seed-to-sale software requirements, among others.
  2. Lead, schedule, and supervise the work of a multiple production employees. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: media preparation; cloning; transplanting; feeding nutrients; irrigation; pruning; trimming; pest monitoring; pesticide application; facilities and equipment installation, monitoring, maintenance and trouble-shooting; harvesting;
    trimming; packaging; laboratory work; extractions and processing.
  3. Responsible for inventory management and raw materials.
  4. Ensure all work in completed in adherence to all safety policies and guidelines.
  5. Conducts weekly safety training and safety inspections on jobsites.
  6. Provide upfront and ongoing training and mentorship to production employees.
  7. Monitor and support employee safety, morale and productivity. As needed, track relevant operating data (e.g. employee task completion times, plant characteristics) in order to support decision-making.
  8. Assist with the employee life cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, training, time cards, and performance management.
  9. Aid staff in preparing for audits and, as needed, assist state and local governmental auditors and law enforcement with their audits.
  10. Contribute to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  11. Effectively and efficiently document, collaborate and persuade by using software and telecommunications tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, calendars, text, chat, webinars, seed-to-sale and other software, etc.
  12. Perform the following physical tasks:
    a. Stand and walk for extended periods of time;
    b. Bend, squat and stoop, twist and bend the neck and waist and reach above and below shoulder height to grasp objects;
    c. Bend and lift loads of up to one hundred (100) lbs; and
    d. Use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation;

General Summary:

The Assistant Manager – Retail assists in the management and operation of a therapeutic cannabis retail dispensary located in Dover, Lebanon, or Keene, New Hampshire, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including RSA 126-X. Temescal Wellness NH is a start-up business operating in an ever-changing regulatory landscape, and as such, the following job description may not include all necessary tasks. All employees will be expected to pitch in, as needed, to ensure the successful start-up and operation of each facility.

Requirements shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

    1. STAFFING:
  1. Assist in hiring, training and supervising of dispensary staff such as Patient Service Associates.
  2. Responsible for scheduling dispensary staff accurately for the needs of the business.
    1. INVENTORY CONTROL:
      1. Develop and maintain facility-specific policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant chain of custody for all therapeutic cannabis products:
  1. Transport/delivery/receipt of delivery QA/QC and security
  2. On-site inventory QA/QC and security

 

      1. Adhere to all standards pertaining to safety and cleanliness, and guidelines for therapeutic cannabis and therapeutic cannabis infused products handling and storage (e.g., OSHA, ADA, Serv-Safe)
      2. Ensure all incoming and outgoing inventory complies with packaging and labeling requirements.
      3. Liaise with the Retail Manager and production teammates to communicate re-stocking needs, to ensure consistent stock is available to patients and support long-term production planning with weekly and monthly inventory order processes.
    1. CUSTOMER SERVICE:
      1. At the point of sale, comply with program regulations, including HIPAA guidelines, relating to retail operations/dispensing, patient data confidentiality and patient database maintenance
      2. Ensure “seed-to-sale” (inventory management) software is used in compliance with all regulations
      3. Provide every effort to find a product for patients if items are not in stock, and report to Manager – Retail demand for products we do not carry
      4. Watch trends as well as industry standards and regulation changes to ensure best service for patients and competitive
    2. COMPLIANT OPERATIONS
      1. Assist state and local governmental auditors and law enforcement with inventory, sales and compliance audits, including monthly (or more frequent) on-site inspections by State Regulators;
      2. Comply with Temescal’s New Hampshire-specific and national policies and procedures related to confidentiality and non-disclosure;
      3. Assist with facility maintenance and troubleshooting, as necessary;
      4. The ability to perform the following physical tasks:
  1. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time;
  2. Bending, squatting and stooping, twisting and bending the neck and waist and reaching above and below shoulder height to grasp objects;
  • Bending and lifting loads of up to one hundred (50) lbs;
  1. Using hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation
      1. Assist with any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Manager, Retail.

Qualifications include:

  1. Applied knowledge of high-volume retail sales best practices, especially the sale of regulated consumable and health products.
  2. Ability to learn, operate and administer software relating to inventory control/electronic tracking, point of sale and business operations (e.g., inventory management software, MA Virtual Gateway).
  3. Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to effectively interface with a large, diverse population of patients, team mates, vendors, regulators, community members, and other stakeholders.
  4. Ability to thrive and effectively manage time in a challenging start-up environment: being adaptable to regulatory changes, building team rapport, disciplined adoption of standard operating procedures, identifying inefficiencies and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.

General Summary:

The Patient Service Associate position provides New Hampshire qualifying patients with outstanding service and assistance in helping them obtain their cannabis medicine at our ATCs in Dover and Lebanon. The Patient Service Associate has responsibility and takes an active role in:

Serving qualifying patients and caregivers in obtaining their medicine


Ongoing training in customer service delivery


Assists in dispensary openings and closings and protecting dispensary assets by following Temescal Wellness operational policies and procedures


Complying with program regulations as it relates to retail operations/dispensing, including use of seed-to-sale software


Maintain well-stocked and beautifully merchandised dispensary


Uphold all standards pertaining to dispensary cleanliness and Serv-Safe guidelines for infused products handling


Initiate seamless customer service by making every effort to find a product for patients if items are not in stock


Maintain store security including building security and cash handling
